Welcome to Kakaako
Hip and walkable urban neighborhood with gorgeous views
Kakaako is the new, hip place to be in Honolulu. The community is located between Ala Moana and Downtown Honolulu, along the southern shoreline of Oahu. It gives residents easy access to the 100-acre Ala Moana Beach Park and its half-mile stretch of sandy beach.
The community is home to multiple residential towers. You'll find a wide variety of condo units ranging from studio units designed for single adults to luxurious penthouse suites with over bedrooms, guest suites, great amenities, and gorgeous views.
Kakaako has a rich history. It was once a thriving Native Hawaiian agricultural community and home to Hawaiian royalty. It later became an industrial district before morphing into a residential and commercial area. Despite becoming the urban epicenter of Honolulu, Kakaako's history is still evident in areas like Our Kakaako and Ward Village, where buildings pay homage to that history.
