About Michelle

Aloha! I am a fourth-generation Kama'aina who spent many years in business, sales, and marketing honing my customer care skills. I grew up in Makiki and received my BA in Business from the University of Washington and my MBA from the University of Southern California. I've been a headhunter for a large multinational management consulting firm in Taiwan, a GM of a small retail organization, managed a medical practice, and directed e-marketing and promotions for small, local companies. All of this experience has taught me the value of excellent customer service, considerable care for my clients, and strict attention to their needs.
